Wayne has over two decades of experience in the property development industry previously holding senior executive positions within national and international institutional and private investment companies including extensive offshore experience in the United States, New Zealand, and South Africa.
Wayne's previous roles have included Managing Director and Head of Funds Management for Trinity Development Group, Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Bank's Urban Pacific and National General Manager – Business Development, at Stockland.
Wayne is a past National Board Member of the Property Council of Australia (2009-2012) and past QLD President (2009-2012). Wayne is an Associate of the Australian Property Institue and an active presenter on a range of issues affecting the Australian Urban Development Industry.

James has over 26 years experience in the property industry and recently joined Urbex in the role of Financial Controller. As well as being responsible for the financial information, budget preparation and reporting process for the Urbex business, he is also heavily involved in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of financial models for Urbex's property portfolio.
Prior to joining Urbex, James worked with Babcock & Brown to undertake financial modelling, development management functions and due diligence tasks for its residential portfolio. Previously, James was an acquisitions manager for Lensworth (Stockland), and formerly a consultant with Arthur Andersen Real Estate Advisory Group. James is an associate of the Australian Property Institute.

Craig joined Urbex in 2005 as the General Manager- Urbex Realty Pty Ltd and is responsible for managing and implementing the strategic marketing and sales objectives across the company. Craig's experience in sales & marketing management spans more than 26 years and involves a broad spectrum of mid- to large-scale residential developments within Australia, Malaysia and other Asian regional markets.
Prior to joining BMD, Craig was the Queensland Sales and Marketing Manager for Urban Pacific (Macquarie Bank) and from 1995-2000 ran his own consultancy business in project marketing and sales, servicing Australia and Asian Markets. Craig started his career as a sales and marketing manager in 1989 and has been a licensed real estate agent in Queensland for 26 years.
Regional Manager South East Queensland / New South Wales

Gary joined BMD in June 1994 and was charged with expanding and pursuing joint venture operations.
Formerly the Queensland manager for Wilbow Corporation and with a background in property development and finance, Gary established BMD property development operations in Townsville and Melbourne and has helped establish more than 40 joint venture projects for BMD in the past 20 years.
As the company has expanded, Gary has taken on the role of Regional Manager for South East Queensland/New South Wales and has the responsibility for overseeing all development activities and sourcing new opportunities in South East Queensland and New South Wales.

Alex is a property professional with experience in research and reporting, valuation and project management. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics).
Alex was a valuer with one of Australia’s top tier firms giving him an excellent foundation in the development industry. He went on to become an analyst for one of Australia’s largest institutional investment managers and has proven his specialised skills in data analysis and reporting in the highly regulated environment of funds management.
Prior to joining Urbex, Alex was an Acquisitions Manager for a boutique QLD based residential syndicator focusing on acquisitions of residential englobo parcels within QLD, NSW & VIC.
