Urbex has been a proud major partner of the Darwin Buffaloes Football Club since 2013. The Buffaloes compete in the Northern Territory Australian Football League, and offer opportunities for girls, boys, women and men to be involved in community events through AFL. To date, the Buffaloes proudly hold 23 premierships wins over their 100 year history.
Urbex is proud to join Palmerston Cricket Club as a sporting sponsor for the next three years. The Palmerston Cricket Club consistently provides high quality cricket pathways for players of all ages.
In 2020, the Palmerston Cricket Club fielded multiple teams in Grand Finals, including their premier grade team. Their success across age groups resulted in receiving the “Champion Club 2020” and “Spirit of Cricket” awards at the end of the season Darwin and Districts Cricket awards presentations. They are especially proud of the commitment they make to junior development and the ongoing pursuit of building sustainable and competitive opportunities for women in cricket. With numbers continuing to grow and over one hundred family groups represented in the club, they provide teams at all levels of junior, senior and womens’ competitions.
The club encourages a strong volunteering culture and active encourage social events throughout the year, their clubhouse and grounds are located in Woodroffe Avenue continue to be a focal point for these activities.
With extensive experience working in regional areas within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, our policies, plans, initiatives and training programs reflect our commitment to equal opportunity and we are proud of our diverse workforce and their contribution to our business.
