An accomplished executive manager and property expert, Carl joined Urbex in 2021, bringing over 35 years of experience in the construction and property industries. He excels in land development, mixed-use precincts, project management, design, and feasibility studies. A civil engineer by trade and a Fellow of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (FDIA), Carl offers extensive technical and development expertise. Appointed General Manager in 2024, Carl previously oversaw the Urbex Living portfolio and established Urbex’s presence in Southern Thornlands. His leadership has been pivotal in steering Urbex’s strategic direction and growth. His career includes key roles at Queensland Airports, Villaworld, Lend Lease Communities, and Delfin Property Group.

Geoff joined Urbex in 2015, bringing over 27 years of experience in the planning and development sectors. His extensive portfolio spans local government, listed and unlisted Australian property trusts, and leading development firms. Throughout his tenure at Urbex, Geoff has successfully managed and delivered numerous projects, demonstrating expertise in project development, environmentally sensitive design, and community integration. His strategic approach and commitment to best practices continue to drive sustainable and impactful developments across Australia.

David joined Urbex in 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in banking and finance, specialising in lending, credit, relationship management, and property finance. A qualified CPA, David has held senior roles in commercial, corporate, agribusiness banking, and property finance, consistently delivering results in complex, regulated environments. A proven leader, he excels in coaching and developing teams, focusing on exceptional customer experiences and optimising outcomes for all stakeholders. With strong expertise in operational risk, regulatory compliance, and business strategy, David is passionate about the property sector, helping businesses navigate challenges and drive growth for long-term success.

Nic joined Urbex in 2024, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in the property industry, feasibility studies, development assessments, and due diligence. He has a strong research background, developed through consultancy roles and over a decade at an international institutional development firm. His expertise spans multiple asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, apartments, build-to-rent residential, warehousing, and residential land. Specialising in end-to-end acquisition and disposal processes, Nic’s recent focus has centred on master-planned community land development acquisitions.

Craig joined Urbex in 2005, where he manages the company’s strategic marketing and sales objectives nationally, demonstrating strong leadership in guiding cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. With over 35 years of experience, Craig has worked on mid-to-large scale residential developments across Australia, Malaysia, and Asia. Prior to this role, he was the Queensland Sales and Marketing Manager for Urban Pacific (Macquarie Bank) and ran his own consultancy business in project marketing and sales from 1995 to 2000. In 2024, Craig was awarded an REIQ Fellowship, recognising his dedication to professional excellence and contributions to the real estate industry.

Jack brings extensive experience delivering high‑density residential developments across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. He has worked across the full development lifecycle, with particular expertise in design management, planning approvals, procurement and contractor coordination through to construction delivery.

Prior to joining Urbex, Jack held senior roles with leading private developers, where he played a key role in establishing project pipelines and delivering premium apartment projects within complex urban environments. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying from Bond University and works within the Urbex Living team, supporting the delivery of modular and above‑ground residential projects.

David has 24 years industry experience in local government, private town planning consultancy, and property development. He applies his broad knowledge and experience to the many aspects of the development stages including project design, statutory approval requirements, project construction delivery and design control across residential, commercial and industrial projects. As Project Director, David has been responsible for the design and delivery of Urbex’s master planned communities in North Queensland since 2006.

Brendan joined Urbex in 2025 as Project Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in large-scale residential and mixed-use development. He has held senior development roles at AVID Property Group and Lendlease Communities, managing key projects like Springfield Rise and the Yarrabilba Master Planned Community. Brendan also spent five years in London working on student accommodation and urban regeneration projects. Formerly a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), he specialises in finance, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Brendan has served on the Property Council of Australia’s QLD committees and is recognised for his leadership in sustainability and master-planned communities.

Troy joined Urbex in 2026 and brings more than 30 years’ experience across the property and building industries, including large‑scale and master‑planned developments. His career spans senior roles in project leadership, state manager roles, and property consulting across multiple asset classes, supported by a strong background in financial management.

A former member of the UDIA SA Executive Council, Troy leverages broad industry connections to deliver balanced, high‑quality development outcomes. He is passionate about creating best‑in‑class projects through strong stakeholder engagement, disciplined project leadership, and a focus on long‑term value.

Laura joined Urbex in 2026, bringing over 15 years’ experience in property development and infrastructure delivery across Victoria and the Northern Territory. Certified by the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holding a Master of Property, she has an extensive track record managing complex master-planned communities, specialist housing portfolios, and sensitive stakeholder environments. Laura specialises in end-to-end project strategy, contract governance, and financial feasibility. She excels at leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale civil, residential, and commercial developments.

Nielen joined Urbex in 2024, bringing experience in civil engineering and property development from roles at BMD Group, Lendlease, and other leading construction companies. He has worked on major infrastructure projects, including motorways, bridges, and wastewater treatment plants.  A qualified Civil Engineer, Nielen combines technical expertise with a commitment to innovation and community-focused development.

Lori joined Urbex in 2008 and brings more than 35 years’ experience across creative agencies, property development, and retail. She has led award-winning multi-channel campaigns and specialises in brand creation, consumer experience, and project marketing management. Lori balances her creative background with strong data discipline, driving CRM system integrations and closed-loop reporting frameworks that link front-end lead generation to corporate commercial outcomes. She also holds a certification in behavioural change in business, strengthening her strategic, consumer-focused approach.

Thomas brings strong experience across the delivery of large‑scale masterplanned residential communities in South East Queensland. He has hands‑on expertise spanning acquisition, feasibility, planning approvals and early delivery, and has worked on complex projects requiring close coordination across planning, infrastructure and stakeholder interfaces.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning (Honours) from the University of Queensland and has previously undertaken roles across both planning and development management. He also contributes to industry leadership, having served as Deputy Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Planning and Infrastructure Committee from 2025 to 2026.

Brandon rejoined Urbex in 2025, bringing more than 10 years’ experience across the property and development industry. Holding a Bachelor of Regional & Town Planning and a Graduate Certificate in Property Development, he specialises in built form delivery, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Brandon has worked with some of Australia’s leading developers, successfully delivering infill development projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million across South East Queensland. He applies his expertise across the full development lifecycle, overseeing the day-to-day management and delivery of built form projects within the Urbex portfolio.

Roger joined Urbex in 2022, bringing more than 15 years’ experience across the construction industry. With a background in civil and structural engineering and project management, he specialises in construction delivery, cost control, and technical advisory services. Roger combines strong engineering expertise with a practical approach to project execution, providing effective solutions throughout the construction process. He plays a key role in supporting the growth of Urbex’s built form portfolio, helping deliver high-quality apartment and residential projects while ensuring strong commercial and project outcomes.
