KOMPAN, equipment supplier for the fitness park was last week awarded Australia’s highest design honour for their outdoor fitness range at the 2017 Good Design Australia Awards.
The award winning fitness park, on the corner of Swanson Street and Parkway Terrace, was also recently featured on Channel Ten’s Australia by Design program. Check out the clip here.
The park consists of a dozen purpose-designed exercise stations, including roman rings, dip bars, pull-up bars, jump boxes, sit-up benches and bikes. As well as this, the equipment is supported by an app for simple instruction and guidance, training programs, challenges, videos and nutritional advice.
