Local developer Urbex has announced it has one final rural lot remaining on Moncrieff Road, Townsville, just 12 kilometres from Willow Shopping Centre.

“Once we found out about Moncrieff Road, we jumped in and contacted the sales agent, Vi Miller, who was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful.”

Nicole and Anthony, who met in Townsville when they were teenagers and have lived in the community most of their lives, have run their own successful tiling business, Tiling NQ, for the past 12 years.
