National Developer Secures First Land Purchase on the West Coast

Nationally renowned developer, Urbex, has officially expanded into the West Coast market, with the purchase of a site in Gosnells, Perth.

The move comes after three years of potential development site exploration from Urbex, whose parent company, BMD Group, first branched out to the West Coast in 2015.

Urbex has commenced construction on a 50-lot subdivision of the 17,822m² site on Homestead Road, which sits in one of Perth’s premier growth corridors, approximately 26-kilometres south east from Perth’s City centre.
