Urbex has been a proud supporter of the Darwin Buffaloes Football Club since 2013, and as the 2023/2024 NTFL season kicks off, the Buffs are making waves on the field, achieving remarkable milestones.
Premier League men’s captain Jarrod Strokes recently marked his 200th premier league game, earning a well-deserved life membership to the NTFL. Since his debut at age 15, Jarrod’s explosive pace has been a standout, and he’s been a consistent top performer in the race for the Nichols medal.
Adding to the celebrations, newly appointed Vice Captain Chris Atkinson (Akkers) has officially reached 100 games with the Buffs. Chris, a commendable role model, sets high standards across all aspects of the game.
Three new additions to the team are set to draw crowds. Northern Territory star Mitch Robinson returns, and is bringing with him two Brisbane favourites, ex-Lions players Rhys Mathieson and Blake Coleman.
The Buffs have been creating a strong sense of community in Darwin for the last 106 years, bringing people together of all ages with their love of football and Urbex stands proudly beside them, supporting their mission.
