Urbex Realty enters into commercial leasing in the Top End

There will be 17 leasing opportunities available across both centres, with eight at Zuccoli Plaza and nine at Oasis Shopping Village.

Nicole Turner, Urbex Realty Sales Consultant, said the community will have a range of extra amenities at their finger tips once the vacant spaces are leased out.

“Hopefully we’ll see a combination of restaurants, take-away food outlets, health and wellbeing clinics, as well as speciality businesses like accountants and solicitors open up in these vacant spaces as soon as possible,” she said.
